Meet Dr. Zachary Davis

Dr. Davis grew up in Aurora, CO and moved to Abilene, TX for his undergraduate studies. It was there that he fell in love with the state of Texas and its people. While he started medical school interested in a surgical subspecialty, rotating at Cook Children's as a medical student opened his eyes to the opportunities and impact to be made in pediatric mental health. He moved to Tulsa, OK to complete his general psychiatry and child & adolescent psychiatry training, and is excited to move back to the Fort Worth area.

Within child and adolescent psychiatry, Dr. Davis has a particular interest in Sports Psychiatry and team-based interventions related to mental health. He is also interested in emerging pharmacological interventions in the field.

He enjoys educating medical students and residents, and received multiple awards during his training in Tulsa for outstanding teaching.

In his free time, Dr. Davis enjoys watching and playing golf, spending time in the gym, playing the guitar, and relaxing with his family.

    Dr.Davis is absolutely amazing! He makes my son feel heard and makes him feel like he matters. He always lets my son make the decisions about medication that he takes and really explains what it will do. I could not have asked for a better doctor for my son.
