Meet Dr. Rebecca Reyes

Dr. Rebecca Reyes grew up in the small town of Ada, Oklahoma to parents that encouraged and empowered her to be anything she wanted to be. With a natural proclivity towards math and science, coupled with her desire to improve the well-being for women in our world, a career in medicine was a natural fit. During residency, Dr. Reyes found that she enjoyed high risk specialties such as surgery and ICU care. Maternal fetal medicine allowed her to combine those loves in a meaningful way to help the most vulnerable of our population, pregnant moms and their unborn babies, all while improving the well-being of women.

Dr. Reyes practiced for many years in Fort Worth, TX. Having grown up in the country with a family in the farming and ranching business, she will tell you that coming to Abilene has reminded her of the sweet pace and wonderful people from home, making this the ideal place to settle.

When not caring for pregnant moms and their babies, Dr. Reyes can be found participating in anything outdoors with her husband and two boys. She also enjoys sewing, crafting, and cooking for her family.

    The whole staff was very friendly and did not make me feel inconvenient at all. I felt like they prioritize patients because they even encourage you to ask any questions and they take their time with you when providing info, explaining they don't make the visit fee like a rushed blur which I value a lot.
