Meet Dr. Nam Nguyen

Dr. Nguyen grew up in the DFW area and has spent most of his life here. He went to college at UT Arlington then went to The University of Texas Medical Branch for Medical School.

Dr. Nguyen chose pediatrics because he finds interacting with children and parents everyday very rewarding and fun. Also, a lot of times, your patients can't really tell you what's wrong so it can take a lot of detective work to come to the right diagnosis!

He completed his pediatric residency in 2016 and cherishes the relationships he has made and the experience he has gained. He also enjoys keeping up with the evolving environment of pediatrics.

Dr. Nguyen was drawn to pediatric urgent care due to it's fast paced nature and the different variety of injuries and illnesses you see throughout the day.

He currently resides in Colleyville with his wife and three kids. Having kids has put Dr. Nguyen's idea of care into perspective, as he always strives to treat patients the way he'd want his own family to be treated.

In his free time he enjoys reading history, hiking, and playing pickleball and basketball.
